Unabashed Noobery

We are Unabashed Noobery!  When we wipe, we do it with STYLE!!!

 So, who are we, Unabashed Noobery, or UN for short?  If I had to compile the most important aspects of who we are down to one sentence I would say "We are a warm, kind hearted, caring, intelligent, serious (when we need to be), hilarious (when we don't need to be serious), patient, talented, dedicated, reliable and persistent group of like-minded raiders." I want to emphasize the fact that raiding remains the core of our guild activities. Raiding, to me, is a scheduled get-together of friends, having a awesome time working as a team to drop some bosses.  Raid progression is very important to us, but is not the most important thing, which brings me to the underlying culture of our guild.

World of Warcraft is a video game, plain and simple.  We are all here participating in team focused recreation.  This is what we do in our spare time for FUN, this is not our jobs!  If we are flying through heroic raid bosses on a stressed out raiding binge and nobody is laughing or having a good time then it was all for naught!  I don't care how successful our guild is at clearing instances, if we are not enjoying ourselves throughout the process then something is wrong.  No guild will be sustainable in the long run if its members are miserable.  All of the officers feel it is their responsibility to provide a comfortable gaming environment where folks who share a similar passion can get together and accomplish something special.  Considering the longevity of this guild and the loyalty of it's members, we feel we have created such a place.
